Return & Refund Policy


To simplify the after-sales experience for international orders, we do not require physical returns of products.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: Customers may contact support within 30 days of delivery for any issues
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will provide a full refund or free replacement. The product can be kept by the customer and does not need to be returned.
  • Change of mind requests: Reviewed case by case. If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued without returning the item.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be completed within 3–7 business days after approval
  • Non-eligible items: Customized or personalized lighting products

No returns to any US or international address are required for any approved claims.
